13 ) And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14 ) But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
15 ) Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
16 ) And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.

13 ) അവൻ തൊടേണ്ടതിന്നു ചിലർ ശിശുക്കളെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു, ശിഷ്യന്മാരോ അവരെ ശാസിച്ചു.
14 ) യേശു അതു കണ്ടാറെ മുഷിഞ്ഞു അവരോടു: ശിശുക്കളെ എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുവാൻ വിടുവിൻ, അവരെ തടുക്കരുതു, ദൈവരാജ്യം ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ളവരുടെതല്ലോ.
15 ) ദൈവരാജ്യത്തെ ശിശു എന്നപോലെ കൈക്കൊള്ളാത്തവൻ ആരും ഒരുനാളും അതിൽ കടക്കയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
16 ) പിന്നെ അവൻ അവരെ അണെച്ചു അവരുടെ മേൽ കൈ വെച്ചു, അവരെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു.
